- The LSUA Testing Center is committed to providing secure, appropriate,
and timely testing services to the LSUA campus and to the Central
Louisiana community.

- Testers enter the Testing Center through the reception area. All testers
are required to:
- Sign In
- Show appropriate ID
- Turn off cell phones
- Store personal items in secure lockers

- Testers are monitored through a state-of-the-art monitoring system.
- Cameras are located throughout the center to monitor testers.
- Tests are stored in double locked areas.
- Tests are returned to appropriate facility as soon as possible after
administration.
- Some faculty prefer to pick up their tests

- All video tapes are kept for one month after the test date. Any faculty
member who wishes to review a testing tape may make that request through
the testing center and arrangements will be made for you to review the
test in question.

- Tests are brought to Student Services by professor or sent by their
student worker
- Placed in locked file cabinet in Testing Center or in Student Services
- Tests administered at appointed time
- Student worker returns tests to faculty offices
- Student workers pick up tests at faculty request

- Faculty agrees to deliver and pick-up their own tests
- Faculty agrees to allow the coordinator to reschedule their test time
when the test can be proctored by the coordinator

- Has personal needs, doctor’s appointments, committee meetings, time-off
like everyone else
- Students fail to register with Testing Center for test administration
- Student failure to register makes it impossible for us to plan coverage
when the coordinator is gone

- On various Saturdays throughout the year, the National ACT Test is
administered on the LSUA campus.
- Classroom may be used to facilitate this process
- The next slide provides information concerning the measures taken to
ensure that your classroom space is ready for you on Monday morning.

- Staff is well trained for testing procedures including leaving the room
as found
- The Coordinator checks all rooms for needed adjustments.
- Each proctor’s room is checked to see if they put their room back in
order
- If your room is out-of-order, we apologize. We will do everything
possible to see that weekend testing leaves all rooms as found.

- Be explicit in your complaint
- Return the complaint to Dr. Dee Slavant, Box 10
- A formal answer will be prepared and returned to you
