Special Needs Testing
The Testing Center offers testing accommodations for university students with documented disabilities. These students need to register with Student Services to become eligible for services.
Faculty and students should be aware of the following procedures:
- Students deliver a Testing Accommodation Form (Gold Form) to the instructor.
- Students will complete part one of the form and the instructor completes part two.
- Once completed, the form should be attached to the test and the test delivered to the Testing Center three day prior to the test date.
These procedures allow the Testing Center to effectively meet the needs of students and fulfill instructor guidelines. To Register download the Testing Accommodations Form (Gold Form) [pdf]
Make-up Tests
The Testing Center is committed to working with faculty members to administer make up exams when this service is occasionally needed. It is the students’ responsibility to work out the details with instructors, and to call the Testing Center to make an appointment for these exams. Instructors should be given three days notice in order to have time to arrange for the exam to be in the Testing Center when needed.
