Welcome to the Faculty Resource Guide to disability services.
As a faculty member at Louisiana State University at Alexandria
(LSUA), you either have provided, or are likely to be asked to
provide academic accommodations for a student with a disability.
The faculty resource guide is designed to furnish you with
information regarding LSUA’s policy on providing accommodations,
what constitutes appropriate accommodations, and general
guidelines for communicating with students with disabilities.
Student Disability Services (SSD) serves as a resource for faculty
members seeking additional information for working with disabled
students.
